VXMuzz («we», «us», «the app») is operated by Boris Veksler (Vilnius, Lithuania) as an independent music-artist project. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the VXMuzz app at https://vxmuzz.vexler.biz to publish music videos to TikTok.
When you sign in with TikTok we receive, via TikTok Login Kit, exactly two pieces of data:
We do NOT collect: your email, phone, real name, location, contacts, followers list, viewing history, demographics, payment info, biometrics, or any data outside the requested OAuth scopes (user.info.basic, video.upload).
Your TikTok open_id + display_name are stored only in your browser session cookie (HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=Lax) and on our server for the lifetime of your access token. Tokens are kept encrypted at rest on a private server (Synology NAS, Vilnius, EU) accessible only to the operator.
Uploaded video files are temporarily cached on the server only for the duration of the transfer to TikTok (typically < 60 seconds), then deleted.
We do not sell, rent, license, or share any data with third parties. The only external service we communicate with is TikTok itself (for OAuth and Content Posting API calls).
We use one session cookie (session) to keep you signed in. No analytics, no marketing, no tracking cookies.
VXMuzz is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will delete the data.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and post a notice on the home page for at least 30 days.
