Terms of Service

VXMuzz («the Service») is a personal music-distribution tool operated by Boris Veksler («the Operator») allowing the connected user to publish their own MP4 / MOV video files to their own TikTok drafts inbox via TikTok's Content Posting API.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid TikTok account in good standing. By using the Service you confirm you are the rightful owner or licensee of all video content you upload.

2. What the Service does

• Authenticates you via TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0).
• Accepts a single MP4 / MOV file (max 50 MB) from your device.
• Forwards that file to TikTok using POST /v2/post/publish/inbox/video/init/, which places it as a draft in your TikTok inbox.
• The Service never auto-publishes. You manually review, caption, and post each video inside the TikTok app.

3. What the Service does NOT do

• No batch uploads, scheduled uploads, or background uploads.
• No scraping of TikTok content, profiles, comments, or analytics.
• No reselling, redistribution, or commercial use of TikTok data.
• No interaction with any account other than the one you sign in with.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You will not upload content that infringes copyright, defames any person, contains hate speech, sexual content, or violates any law of your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

All video content you upload remains your property. The Service claims no rights over your uploads. The Service software and design are © 2026 Boris Veksler.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided «as is» on a best-effort basis. It may be unavailable for maintenance, network outages, or rate-limit issues with TikTok's API. We do not guarantee any uptime SLA.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law and EU consumer protection rules, the Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of TikTok account access, lost views, or content disputes with third parties.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by logging out and revoking app permissions in TikTok settings. The Operator may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse, violation of these terms, or at TikTok's request.

9. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be posted on the home page for at least 30 days. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
